With Metatron distributing Druid, you can see more detailed status of your data source. In addition to the default Timeseries-based segment status that the Druid console provides, you can see in more detail what information you have in the data source.

Datasource detailed views from Metatron are available in several places. You will see it mostly through the data source management view, but you can also get detailed information about the datasource you are using, even if you are viewing the datasource in the workspace or drawing a Dashboard or chart.

In Datasource detail view, it shows different statistical information according to Timestamp, Dimension, and Measure.

First, the Timestamp type displays the data distribution over time, the maximum / minimum time, the time format, and so on.

Next is Dimension. Dimesion type shows the top 10 most frequently occurring values and the number of unique values.

Finally, Measure. Measure type shows a lot of information compared to other types. It displays various statistical information such as the number of unique values, Outlier frequency, Quantile, and average, and also shows Covariance information with other Measure values in the data source.

Metatron discovery not only provides various information to help you understand your data faster and easier, but also helps administrators to manage more easily by providing administrators with various management information such as frequency of use of datasource and capacity information.

Try Metatron Discovery 3.0.0 through this demo. The account for testing is ID: admin, PW:admin.
